Important information to keep in mind while shopping with us:
  • The store close date is final.  NO LATE ORDERS can be accepted.  All items are ordered from our vendors at the close of the store.  
  • If you missed ordering an item from the store that is an equestrian brand, please check out our Customizable Items page to place your order.
  • ALL DECORATED MERCHANDISE IS NON-RETURNABLE unless defective or an error was made by us. 
  • Due to COVID-19 there has been a significant impact on supplies of blank merchandise.  At the start of the store, we verify that all items have ample availability, but this can change.  If an item becomes unavailable, you will be refunded if a comparable substitute cannot be found.  
  • ALL ITEMS SHIP DIRECTLY TO YOU, WE SHIP WITH UPS AND USPS.
